Salvation Army Christmas Gifts Drive

Buddiup and Sisterup are excited to once again teaming up with The Salvation Army to help make Christmas a little bit easier for those in need. This year, we are going to be collecting gifts for the Salvation Army to distribute to their network.

We are happy to come and collect a gift from you if you cannot make it into our headquarters in West Perth.

If you would prefer to make a money donation, we can get our trusty participants to purchase a gift on your behalf! Please note Buddiup is not registered as a deductible gift recipient organisation. Transfer details can be found below.

The Salvation Army provides some useful tips for donating gifts:

  • Consider donating gift vouchers – A gift voucher means a parent or guardian can still share in the unique joy of buying a gift for their child or family member (vouchers are also ideal for teenagers)

  • Please consider giving gifts for a range of age groups, including teenagers and parents

  • Please leave gifts unwrapped, to enable parents/guardians to experience the dignity and joy of choosing gifts based on the recipients’ interests or personality. Feel free to include wrapping paper or gift bags

  • Please donate new items only as your donated gift may be the only present someone receives this Christmas

We are aiming for a minimum $20 gift value, if you would like to donate a lower amount, we can happily take lower cash donations and combine them together to purchase gifts.
