
Small Group Fitness
Train with mates or meet new friends through Buddiup’s Small Group Fitness classes!
Running after school and Saturday mornings at our gym studio in West Perth, we mix things up between body weights, weighted exercises and boxing for fitness, getting the heart rate rising and assisting with the development of functional movements.
If you require a support worker to join you, they are welcome to join in our classes for free.
Classes limited to 6 athletes per session.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Term two classes begin w/c 25th April
Mondays: 4:30pm-5:20pm (Higher intensity circuit training: 3 spots available)
Tuesdays: 4:30pm-5:20pm (3 spots available)
Thursdays: 4:30pm-5:20pm (4 spots available)
Saturdays: 9:30am-10:20am (3 spots available)
