
Small Group Step Up Program
Our Small Group Step Up Program supports our athletes to develop friendships and create healthy lifestyle habits.
With a maximum of 6 athletes per group, weekly 2 hour sessions mix physical activity and mentoring/education, focusing on overall health and wellbeing.
Sessions are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9am-11am

Small Group Program
Our small group programs have a maximum of 6 athletes per group, with sessions including:
Structured health modules focused to improve healthy lifestyle choices
Interactive sessions, with high participant engagement
Physical workbook provided
Gym use as required
2 hour sessions:
1 hour of physical activity
1 hour mentoring and education at local café to enjoy the community
Take home activities to apply learning
