Weekly sessions mix physical activity and mentoring/education, focusing on overall health and wellbeing.

1 on 1 program
Delivered individually and working towards participant health goals and focus areas, 1 on 1 programs are delivered weekly across the year, or for a specific number of weeks if requested. Program includes:
Weekly 2 hour sessions:
1 hour of physical activity in gym
1 hour mentoring and education at local café to complete workbook in social setting (option to stay in gym if requested)
Structured health modules focused to improve healthy lifestyle choices across first 10 weeks, move to weekly goal setting and gratitude activities after 10 weeks
Activities within the health modules to apply learning
Physical workbook
Gym use each session
Optional take home activities to apply learning – e.g. sleep diary, food diary etc.
