Individual Step Up Program

Step Up is a tailored program that supports our athletes to create healthy lifestyle habits.

Weekly sessions mix physical activity and mentoring/education, focusing on overall health and wellbeing.

1 on 1 program

Delivered individually and working towards participant health goals and focus areas, 1 on 1 programs are delivered weekly across the year, or for a specific number of weeks if requested. Program includes:

  • Weekly 2 hour sessions:

    • 1 hour of physical activity in gym

    • 1 hour mentoring and education at local café to complete workbook in social setting (option to stay in gym if requested)

  • Structured health modules focused to improve healthy lifestyle choices across first 10 weeks, move to weekly goal setting and gratitude activities after 10 weeks

  • Activities within the health modules to apply learning

  • Physical workbook

  • Gym use each session

  • Optional take home activities to apply learning – e.g. sleep diary, food diary etc.
